This website is operated by Zenzele ("we," "us," "our"), trading as PackLife. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to PackLife. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. Products and Availability

PackLife operates on a dropshipping model. This means products are sourced from and shipped directly by third-party suppliers and manufacturers. As a result:

  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, size, packaging, or minor design details due to differences in supplier stock, manufacturing batches, and screen displays.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollar [USD] and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update pricing information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept Visa, Mastercard And PayPal.

  • You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Because PackLife uses a dropshipping model, orders are shipped from third-party suppliers, which may include suppliers located overseas.

  • Estimated processing time: 2 business days Maximum.

  • Estimated delivery time:  2-5 business days after processing, depending on your location and the supplier.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, high demand, or supplier processing.

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, as items may come from different suppliers.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

Customs, duties, and import taxes: For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or stuck packages: If tracking shows no movement or a package appears lost, please contact us at tracking@shoppacklife.com and we will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may have already been sent to the supplier for fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for [eligible/defective/incorrect] items. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • To start a return, contact us at info@shoppacklife.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns may need to be sent to a specific supplier address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable [e.g. final-sale, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive products].

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the PackLife name and branding — are the property of Zenzele PTY LTD  or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

9. User Accounts and Conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the site or any product for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe upon our intellectual property, to harass or abuse others, to submit false information, or to interfere with the security features of the Service.

10. Third-Party Links and Suppliers

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties, including our suppliers. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability for any third-party materials or for any harm resulting from your use of them.

The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackLife, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any products purchased, including but not limited to shipping delays, product defects, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PackLife and Zenzele PTY LTD , including our owners, employees, and affiliates, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
